Forwarding expenses are
calculated automatically by our Shop, if you transact an order!  We do not have a minimum purchase order value!

 
We deliver only by DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS.

Articles that are not in stock will be shipped later at no extra cost. Pre-paid orders will be shipped immediately after reception of the payment. We can not guarantee this. 

For repeated dispatch of the same goods ( goods which were not fetched in time ) we have to charge the additionally developing dispatch expenses

(2) Guarantee:

Obvious damage or missing articles are to be reported immediately.

In case of wrong delivery, please return the unopened original product together with the original invoice and the original carton back to us and upon receipt of the returned product you immediately receive the ordered product.

We inform you, that we store and process your data - as far as is necessary for our businessand permitted in the context of the data protection act.

(4) delivery terms:

The shipment takes place immediately after order entrance or after reception of the prepayment.

(5) property:

All products will remain our property until they have been completely paid. This applies also to any future debts, resulting from our business relation.

All offers are non-binding and non-committal.

(7) Shipment and risk:

The products are shipped by DHL. The risk is taken over by the customer as soon as the order is ready for shipment and this has been reported to the customer or from the moment the package has been handed over to DHL. This applies also to partial deliveries.

(8) Reception of the goods:

Shipped orders are to be received by the customer. If the customer does not accept the shipment, then Bodytemple is entitled, after having sent a reminder, to a compensation of 50 Euros for work and expenses. The payment of this compensation sum is due immediately, and can be cashed by an authorized bureau. Partial deliveries are permitted, as far as they are reasonable for the customer. The delivery is considered complete at the moment the order is ready for dispatch, and this was reported the customer.

(9) Laws and area of jurisdiction:

The contractual relations are subject to Great Britain law only. The application of the international trade laws is impossible. Area of jurisdiction is Great Britain.
